Making a Booking 

Bookings are confirmed once we have received a complete booking form and you the customer have received a  receipt of such booking. All-Terrain odyssey reserve the right to decline any booking

Payments

Payments can only be made using our payment services provider, please make contact with us for details.

Deposit 
UK tours – Full amount to be taken on booking.
Oversea tours – 25% deposit required on making a booking.
Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the trips departure date.

 

Cancelation Policy

UK trips-

  • up to 28 days prior to departure date 100% refund.

  • 28 days  to 14 days prior to departure date 50% refund.

  • Under 14 days 0% refund.

            

Overseas Trips -

  • Up until 8 weeks prior to departure date 100% refund.

  • Up until 4 weeks prior to departure date 50% refund

  • Under 4 weeks 0% refund

                 

Amendments by you 

Where possible All-Terrain Odyssey will do their best to change or alter things that you have requested. This must be done in writing and signed. It must be understood that costs may occur and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation by you 

This must be sent to All-Terrain Odyssey in writing and signed by the person who made the booking. The booking will be cancelled upon the date the letter is received. This will then correspond with the appropriate cancellation fees as listed above and will be taken immediately upon receiving the letter.

Amendments by Us 

All our trips are well researched and recce trips undertaken for each tour and trips described as true as possible. There are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that our out of our control. These could be anything from ferry strikes to severe weather conditions. These 3rd party events can obviously change the trips plan or timings. We reserve the right to change or adapt each trip if needed. Each member of the party will be notified with plenty of notice where possible and details of alterations or solutions.

Cancellation by Us 

Any Cancellation by us will ensure a 100% refund. Upon the unlikely event of a cancelled trip you will be contacted immediately and given the options of a full refund or the option to stay on the rescheduled trip if this is possible. Refunds will be returned in a pro rata scenario.

Vehicle

All vehicles with four wheel drive and a 'Low Range' gear box are accepted. Where your vehicle does not meet this criteria we ask that you contact us in advance of any booking to ensure suitability. All-Terrain Odyssey asks that you are familiar with your vehicle and its workings and know the capabilities and limitations of your vehicle. The vehicle must be up to a road worthy standard and hold a Full UK Mot certificate, a photocopy of which will need to be seen as part of the booking process.

Vehicle Preparation 

You are responsible in ensuring that your vehicle is prepared to a minimum standard as per our check list, which you will receive on booking.

Towing, Recovery and Safety

We will carry all towing and recovery equipment and be in charge where possible of recovering vehicles. Please understand that this is a team exercise and you may be required to aid in the recovery of another vehicle or vehicles. Please make sure that you have front and rear recovery points fitted to your vehicle.

Tyres 

We ask that every vehicle is fitted with all-terrain tyres as a minimum, they must also have a suitable amount of tread to account for the duration of the trip.

Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own actions, safety, vehicle and personal effects whilst on the tour.

Complaints

If for any reason you are unhappy with anything prior, during or after a tour then please contact us in writing or if on a trip then verbally with a letter backing up your complaint. We will endeavor to deal with any complaints professionally and resolve the problem efficiently.

Behavior

We reserve the right to cancel anyone’s trip without question if we feel that person’s behavior is threatening the safety or enjoyment of anyone else on the trip. In this case no refund will be given.

Third parties

All-Terrain Odyssey cannot be held liable for the actions of third parties.

Liability

We accept no responsibility or liability or any theft, loss, damage, fire, illness or death upon any of our trips. Each vehicle leader will sign a disclaimer outlining that they are fully responsible for their vehicle and the occupants.

Off Road Driving

As with any driving activity there are always risks. Our trails are researched in depth and recce trips are undertaken to minimize these risks. Off-road driving will always be an activity where damage may occur. All-Terrain Odyssey accepts no responsibility for any damage caused while driving off road. We will always offer guidance where possible and if asked we will try to find an alternative route around an obstacle or trail. Each vehicle leader will sign a disclaimer outlining that All-Terrain Odyssey accepts no responsibility for any damage caused while driving.

Documents

Prior to departing on each trip we require the customer has certain documents in place. 

Following requirements are;

Valid UK and European vehicle insurance where appropriate.

UK and European vehicle break down recovery where appropriate.

Full UK or EU driving license.

Valid UK Mot Certificate

Valid passport for overseas trips.

 

Travel insurance 

All-Terrain Odyssey require each person travelling with All-Terrain Odyssey to have valid comprehensive travel insurance and a copy must be provided.
